首届“一带一路”科技交流大会定于11月6日至7日在重庆举行。大会将聚焦政府间科技合作、科技人文交流、产业创新发展、科研范式变革、未来医学、开放科学及大数据等议题。
The first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange will take place in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality from Nov. 6 to 7. The conference will focus on inter-governmental cooperation in science and technology, people-to-people exchanges in science and technology, industrial innovation and development, paradigm change in scientific research, future medicine, open science, and big data.

首届“一带一路”科技交流大会定于11月6日至7日在重庆举行。大会以“共建创新之路，同促合作发展”为主题，围绕多项议题设置开幕式暨全体大会、“一带一路”科技创新部长会议、主题活动、圆桌会议及成果展示5大板块，10场主要活动。
本次大会由科技部、中国科学院、中国工程院、中国科协、重庆市人民政府和四川省人民政府共同主办，国家发展改革委作为支持单位。大会将首次发布以“一带一路”科技创新合作为主题的重要报告，首次举办“一带一路”科技创新部长会议，举办“一带一路”科技创新合作成果展，成果展包括80多项涉及诸多领域的合作案例，将生动展现创新丝绸之路建设取得的务实成效。
目前，大会已经邀请到70多个国家和国际组织的300多名重要外宾出席，其中诺贝尔奖获得者、国外院士、专家学者、国外知名高校校长近40名。同时，国内院士、高校校长、科研机构、重点企业代表也将参会。
【重要讲话】
中方将继续实施“一带一路”科技创新行动计划，举办首届“一带一路”科技交流大会，未来5年把同各方共建的联合实验室扩大到100家，支持各国青年科学家来华短期工作。中方将在本届论坛上提出全球人工智能治理倡议，愿同各国加强交流和对话，共同促进全球人工智能健康有序安全发展。
China will continue to implement the Belt and Road Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation Action Plan, hold the first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange, increase the number of joint laboratories built with other parties to 100 in the next five years, and support young scientists from other countries to work on short-term programs in China. At this Forum, China will put forward the Global Initiative for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance. We stand ready to increase exchanges and dialogue with other countries and jointly promote the sound, orderly and secure AI development in the world.
